This past weekend while Andy was out helping some friends, the kids and I decided to experiment in the kitchen....

Jet was a huge help, he even got special mixing projects to do all by himself!
The important part of this picture is my wall, I caught Harleigh "helping clean" the beater and just said her name when she quickly turned and wiped away the evidence from her hands....onto my wall!
Everyone was very excited about taste testing the beater!

Cooking sure is hard work!We ended up making chocolate peanut butter cupcakes filled with peanut butter cream and frosted with sour cream chocolate frosting, and every bit of it was homemade and done by me and the kids!!!!
It was super fun for everyone, but next time I think we'll work on something not quite as complex!
